Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. yyy77 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

Currency: All transactions on the yyy77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). yyy77 does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. yyy77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform.

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage.

yyy77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your yyy77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yyy77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. yyy77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude yyy77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

yyy77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected during registration, KYC verification, gameplay, and customer support interactions.

yyy77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting yyy77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the yyy77 Platform, you agree to first contact yyy77 support to seek an informal resolution. yyy77 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. yyy77 also cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable.

yyy77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, yyy77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
